Perched between Birch Street and Richmond Road at the gateway to the North Jubilee neighbourhood lies the Tallinn. A flat iron inspired, six storey build, paying homage to the former Turner building by capitalizing on the slender triangular lot.

The warm recessed street level inset entrances surrounded in tile are reminiscent of the former building breathing history into the high profile retail shops. Stepping out from the retail, the ‘Turner Plaza’ creates a pedestrian focused community plaza that is highlighted by lush planting, built-in seating and oversized open spaces. The plaza provides the neighbourhood opportunities such as farmer markets, community gatherings, small music events, and a sense of connectivity between the natural and built environment.
